The theme of the National Sleep Foundation’s Sleep Awareness Week was “Begin with Sleep”.  This highlighted the importance of good sleep health for individuals to best achieve their personal, family, and professional goals. My Personal Sleep Journey

I began my Wellness Journey in the ’90s and finally received the help I was looking for in 1994.  At that time, I was sleeping only 3-4 hours a night, usually waking at 3 AM. The lack of sleep was impacting my life in a negative way.  This became an integral part of the launching of my Wellness Business. Since then and now, I cocoon myself in Nikken’s Wellness Sleep Cocoon and I awake refreshed and energized!
